Is Earth a Prison Planet? Is Light a Reincarnation Trap? Here’s My Take.
There’s this particular line of thought I’ve seen come up once in a while in spiritual discourse online. According to it, planet Earth is a place where souls are imprisoned by evil groups, entities, empires etc. who subjugate souls by condemning them to reincarnate here without awareness of their past.
Further, and often tied to the above, is the notion that when your incarnation ends the Light you possibly see at the end of a tunnel is in reality a trap: something that’s there to deceive you, to convince you to reincarnate again and therefore propagate your imprisonment on Earth.
So I wanted to write about this matter. Is Earth a prison planet? Are there groups out there capable of spiritually controlling Earth spiritually? And is the Light really a trap? This article addresses this.
Just so you know where I’m coming from, I perform readings of the spiritual background of individuals by accessing their Akashic Records, and have been doing so full-time for over a decade at the time of writing. The Akashic Records are the metaphysical archives that store all your memories of what you experienced, including during past lives on Earth, as well as in all experiences on other planets and planes of existence. In short, they are a metaphysical registry of the journey of the Soul.
In my readings I also deal with the Cosmic Akashic Records, meaning those that aren’t limited just to planet Earth but pertaining to the Cosmos at large. I’ll do so, for example, to trace the person’s Starseed past before Earth and their spiritual journey in the Cosmos at large as a soul. This to say the scope of my work encompasses not just planet Earth’s context but the Universe and Creation as a whole.
Neither me nor anyone else can say they know everything about anything. What I do have is an extent of experience in addressing people’s spiritual backgrounds, as well as analyzing spiritual lessons as they are understood by the higher echelons of the Soul. From this work I consider I know well enough my way around spiritual knowledge, not just the one you can explain on paper but the vibration and level of awareness which which that knowledge was observed. Thus I feel comfortable addressing most metaphysical topics in general, and this one in particular.
In order for any sort of entity or group anywhere in the Cosmos to take control and use planet Earth, to the extent of affecting the spiritual layers of humanity as a whole, they’d have to have taken unequivocal control over the Earth’s metaphysical systems.Meaning, they’d have to take hold not just of the circumstances taking place within the 3D hologram, but affect the esoteric background mechanisms by which the hologram itself runs. Mechanisms which are otherwise overseen by the Source’s Light, and the hierarchies of beings operating under said Light’s directives.
Throughout my work I haven’t come across anything that could have hint at such a plot that would have compromised the Earth’s metaphysical systems at their core. Further, I did not encounter anyone spiritually sentenced to be incarnating on Earth, or felt the Earth metaphysically functioning by anything other than the principles of the Light by which such had been designed. I also never observed an incarnating self going through experiences that were not fundamentally associated to their soul’s spiritual exploration.
All I’ve seen pertained to spiritual selves establishing their determinations between lives, with physical reality matching the inner one at all times, and incarnating experiences perpetually matching core spiritual lessons. By my estimation, this would correspond he metaphysical elements of Creation in general, and of planet Earth in particular, by all accounts working in an expected and sound fashion.
That is not to say there aren’t dark influences on and around Earth intent on negatively influencing the collective. Further, within the spiritual backgrounds of humans beings living on Earth there are a myriad of stories by which some once fell in consciousness, and found themselves trapped in the reincarnation cycle here. As well as plenty of memories to drawn from involving empires, wars, violence, suffering, and drama all throughout the Universe at large.
I will state I’m superficially aware, but not knowledgeable to any meaningful extent, of dark energetic/spiritual influences present on Earth, spiritually and energetically speaking. The reason is, while darkness can be involved in spiritual lessons and be part of human experience, in my work I’m committed to only serve those who on a spiritual level have legitimately undertaken a path of healing and expansion of awareness. So I’ll actively decline engaging with human beings not spiritually aligning with the above, as well as dabbling in any matters involving entities of negative polarity.
Still, you don’t need much to acknowledge darkness — especially more so, perhaps, on this day and age. In the Earth’s experience the potential for both the greatest good and the lowest rot is all around us, and within us. Always has been. This is because Earth is a Free Will test where those participating can at choose between positive and negative polarity, and raise or lower their vibration by their beliefs and behavior. So the potential for darkness was always part of the setting.
That being said, I have no reason to take the idea of a plot affecting or compromising the planet’s metaphysical structures beyond the setting itself with any degree of seriousness. As far as I can tell, no matter the twists and turns the experience within the hologram itself takes, the metaphysical layers beyond and supporting it, as well as how the the spiritual/esoteric principles by which Creation is governed by also apply here, remain sound and true. And I’ll believe this to be the case until I witness any reason in the contrary.
In other words: the Light remains being the Light.
No, the Light is not a trap.
It’s the precise opposite, always has been.
The Light is the primary driving force for vibrational alignment with Source. It is the vibrational ambassador to Source’s highest unbiased perspective, representing directives that always pinpoint the path of highest possible alignment for every single entity, in any given situation, anywhere in Creation.
The Light is the one and sole path and connection to Source, both in a general/ultimate sense as well as your own Light as an aspect of the Creator. You have Light within you, you are made of Light, tying you back to Source. Your Light also contains the spiritual remembrance of why the Soul originally projected outward to explore Creation; the designations of our deepest questions and lessons; and the pathway by which you can find, and eventually will, find your way Home.
The Light remains being, and being the beacon of, the Home we all spiritually seek and aspire to return to. And of the very glory negative polarity desperately wants to emulate, while rejecting it from its state of denial. And the Light remains being what you should walk towards at the end of your incarnation, which will take you from the Earth sphere back to the realms of healing and rest in-between experiences for the setting, and otherwise for the rest of Creation at large.
While the perspectives of Earth being a spiritual prison and of the Light being a trap are a direct subversion of how things are, I do see them as containing several kernels of very real truth.
First and speaking in general terms, they represent and arise from a level of growing spiritual dissatisfaction felt by a collective consciousness, ultimately Cosmic but asleep and disconnected, slowly waking up to their spiritual origins — and contrasting those origins with the current human condition on Earth.
This contrast creates dissatisfaction with the Earth’s experience overall. For many, there’s dissatisfaction with the sense of reincarnating over and over. For others, there’s a growing dissatisfaction with how human-built societal systems are designed to run and value human life. And there’s dissatisfaction in general with the overall low standards and levels of sustained pressure, suffering, and separation of the Earth’s third Density, especially for those with references in other Densities.
For me, in this regard, this reaction is nothing short of understandable.
But if I want to be more specific, there are two factors related to the above that in my mind can sometimes feel very much like a prison. Not in the sense of souls being kept on Earth against their spiritual designations; but the experience of which will register as a form of imprisonment even so.
The first is karma.
Earth isn’t a prison in a literal sense, but there ‘s an established metaphysical/spiritual stipulation for Free Will settings such as Earth that whatever karma you’ve accumulated there must ideally be healed there. Essentially the purpose is so that the setting metaphysically ensures you leave it spiritually better than how you left, and, conversely, you can’t leave it in a worse state.
In other words: you can’t depart the classroom until you graduate from it.
Karma shouldn’t be understood as “punishment for bad deeds” but as the unresolved separation you’ve spiritually stored within. In practice karma lowers your awareness and prevents you from having access to higher states of existence. This makes of karma akin to the “requirement” to reintegrate the separation your soul carries by choices made in the past.
Karma is essentially always bad — so is dealing with it. It’s made of darkness, suffering, and lack of Light; and healing it typically involves putting you face to face with those same things. Which can take particularly intense proportions when one steps onto a spiritual path. So when you bring into the lifetime karmic attributes to heal, you can sometimes do so to such an extent that the overall experience becomes so heavy and inescapable that it can and will very much feel like a prison.
I’m not an apologist for suffering, or the way we seem to learn through it in this reality (by experiencing our own separation). This is simply how this system has been setup. So this is one very real aspect of how planet Earth can, at points, seem like a prison.
The second is that in my perspective human beings are bound so a global collective system of tacit slavery through scarcity-based economic systems — perhaps, at least in part, devised by and kept that way by the darkness and lows in the high places of the world. And my impression is that as the human collective gradually receives more Light, the back starts being pressed against the walls so to speak.
The pressure this system enacts reaches the individual through the incessant need to pay the bills and take care of your costs and take your loans just in order to exist. It’s the perpetual inflation shrinking the value of salaries and gains, and the need for incessant economic and demographic growth. It’s in the squeeze you feel pushing you to hustle and “adult” or running the risk of becoming homeless/destitute. It’s in the dread of falling behind in a race that doesn’t have safety nets nor mercy to those at the bottom of the ladder.
Dear reader, no matter how much you meditate, how much clarity and zen calmness you cultivate, or how many breakthroughs and peak spiritual experiences you go through — for as long as you’re here on Earth, and unless you go live on a cave up a mountain somewhere, you won’t be able to escape that bill. And more of it will keep coming.
If this doesn’t feel like a prison, I don’t know what will.
But back to the idea of Earth being a spiritual prison, and the Light a trap.
All of the above notwithstanding, a narrative where this is taken in a literal sense is a fear-based perspective that gives away your spiritual accountability.
Your path results from accumulated choices present and past — even if from past-lives you can’t recall— a premise applicable to any participant in the Free Will system. Because your path is spiritually self-contained, all process of healing and spiritual growth will eventually warrant a willingness to stop running/avoiding, and go within to face head-on your own inner world.
On the other hand, blaming one’s fate on some vague, distant bogeyman, while convenient is the opposite movement to this. It establishes you as a powerless victim cheaply giving away your responsibility to the enemies and villains of your story. When true spirituality involves reclaiming your sovereignty back, by recognizing where and how external circumstances match your inner world at all times — even if it may look you’ve lost said sovereignty.
You didn’t become stuck because of some empire casting you to a prison; you did because of your story; you did because of your karma. You lack awareness of your own sovereignty because of sequences of events stemming from spiritual dynamics unfolding within. To deny so is nothing but a step in the wrong direction, and a delaying of your own healing, growth, and journey.
To say the Earth is a prison ruled by some evil group also conveniently ignores the hosts of Light overseeing Earth; the Archangels, angels, and angelic hierarchies who have remained in support and custodians of the Earth experience; the Ascended Masters in service to Humanity; not to mention, last but absolutely not least, the service of your own Higher Self’s and spiritual entourage in support of your journey.
Believing one’s incarcerated by an evil empire is spitting in the fact of all those who even as we speak continue to work on behalf of human beings, even if and when they choose to not trust or believe so.
From what I know about how things work metaphysically, this is where in my mind this belief can be deceptively insidious.
Your reality and path are directed by by your beliefs, choices, and inner state at all times: not just when you’re incarnated but also afterwards, when you cross over. The beliefs you hold as a spiritual entity have the power to shape your reality; and fear-based ones can come at a cost.
Let’s say you’re convinced the Light is an enemy. Let’s say you’ve adopted that belief so strongly that you end up bringing it over with you when you cross at the end of the lifetime. Something perfectly possible to happen.
And let’s say that when you cross, there’s a point where you witness the Light — in whichever way it might present itself, for example as the proverbial light at the end of tunnel. Seeing the light when you cross isn’t necessarily something everyone always sees no matter what; you may cross and suddenly find yourself already in the higher realms, for example. But let’s say that on this occasion the Light is presented to you in this fashion.
If in this moment you’re convinced the light is what will lead you to continue to be trapped in the reincarnation cycles, you might be tempted you to turn away out of fear. However, doing so will lead you to become indefinitely stuck near the physical plane in a state of earthbound limbo.
When the Light, in this world and the next, is precisely what’s supposed to save you. It’s what allows you to detach from the physical plane, spend some time not involved in it, and figure out your next steps from a higher perspective and more clarity. Thus heading towards the Light is what you’re supposed to do as a spiritual entity when you complete an incarnation.
But in this scenario, you turned away from the Light due to fear-based beliefs, leading you precisely to a heightened situation of imprisonment, while prolonging that much more your own process of spiritual healing and regaining of sovereignty. Such is the cost of acting out of fear and fear-based beliefs.
The beliefs you hold have the power to shape your reality. Hold on to fear-based nonsense at your peril.
The Light brightens the room while darkness (its absence) obscures it, and it’s never the other way around.
The concept of Earth being a prison planet is the spiritual equivalent of flat Earth: it’s straight up false. It can’t be taken literally, and may also be potentially dangerous.
