Akashic Records Reading [Quick]: Invalidation Recovery
Context: Millie [not the person’s real name] had received a Written Reading some time back (unpublished at this time). For context, that reading had addressed their participation in a previous planetary cycle in a broad sense. That cycle ultimately went sideways for the collective, with the person at the time being one of the few to recurrently raise the alarm for the downward spiral the rest were going, but being recurrently ignored or dismissed. Thus the trauma of the demise of that cycle became ingrained by the feeling of seeing and reporting the truth, but being invalidated.
For this Quick Reading, the theme the person placed was whether they had past experience as a healer, as well as any information from the time of Atlantis – and this theme had this topic resurface. It’s not necessarily the case their participation in that particular cycle was the sole creator of spiritual hurt; but this is nevertheless brought up in this reading, and is here disclosed for context.
Start of Reading
Right away and without ‘preparation’ I’m taking to the time of Atlantis on Earth.
I’m shown that the self – by all accounts, the spiritual self, in terms of their priorities for incarnations at their upcoming time on Earth – isn’t particularly interested in any one given path in terms of activities to perform on the planet. At this time, they are mostly in an observing stance. They’re looking to understand what’s going on, so to speak.
They’re new to the reality of this planet, and they’re adjusting. They’re also looking to see how will the planet’s experience unfold. Always weary of how planetary cycles can sometimes fall off the rails and things not going down the best paths – undoubtedly due in part to the experience described in the previous reading – the self is present and accounted for, yet taking something of a step back in terms of commitment, in terms of becoming involved in any one project, external or internal, collective or individual.
There’s at this time a “let’s wait and see” approach to being on Earth, which, again, I am understanding as applying both in a broad sense regarding the planetary cycle as a whole, as well as to this moment in particular.
The moment that is presented by the reading is a memory. The self seems to be incarnating in a physical body, or at least a tangible manifestation, which seems to be a recent development; the environment itself, and its general context, as a whole feel recent, new, pristine, or at least to the self’s perception. Planet Earth in this moment seems to be scarcely populated; and the spiritual entity, fresh from having spiritually arrived on the planet, has just now transitioned from a purely energetic/spiritual state onto a manifest or materialized one, with which they can now ascertain the physical plane.
On this physical plane, in this moment, in this state, the air is clean and fresh, and the temperature is slightly cold. The moving air, slightly frigid, enough to be felt sharply, rushes through the self’s face from the front, splitting in two at the middle and continuing to either side.
The self is standing next to a location that has a wide, flat river with dark, calm waters. They are slightly elevated and surrounded by wide open air: they’re either on one of the margins of the river looking at the other, or in mid-air (?) with the river waters running directly below them. It’s early in the morning. The sun hasn’t risen yet, although there’s a fair amount of daylight illuminating the sky and environment.
On the far side or margin of the river, which is the one the self is turned to and can see, or is looking at, there’s a thin strip of what appears to be yellow sand along the water, followed by a mantle of relatively densely packed vegetation or foliage. The vegetation, to my layman’s eyes, registers as a mix of jungle, swamp, and tropical-like scenario. The plants and leaves are mostly dark green, with some leaves being wide, or palm-like. This mantle vegetation is especially dense right in front of them, where the margin is closest. Then, further inland from where the river’s waters arrive, it seems to become wider, forming a large wide-open area. That open area is interspaced with many spots of land or mud rising above the water across its surface. In that wide open area of the river, further inland and farther from the self’s perspective, the vegetation on the shoreline appears to be a bit less dense, and with a few bigger clearings.
From this point forward, the reading will take more of a “fast-forward” approach, possibly abbreviating multiple manifestations/incarnations – Atlantis as a whole lasted tens of thousands of years, up until ~12k years ago.
In the particular moment above, there’s a sense of calmness – in the air, and of the mind. The self is taking in the peace and tranquility they’re getting from the setting, and for a moment they allow themselves to just be in that quiet. “It’s all quiet for now”. A quiet which has much to do with the physical plane being sparsely populated, sparsely inhabited. Perhaps because the bulk of the cycle hasn’t started yet, or it’s taking a lull. So the environment on the physical plane feels quiet and peaceful.
That moment of relative quiet didn’t last long. It soon dissipates as the Earth’s physical environment becomes more populated, with more spiritual selves manifesting on the surface, and incarnating in physical bodies. Soon the Earth becomes busy, or more busy.
And as soon as this is the case, the self’s psyche and energy were flooded or inundated by the involvement with said collective. They are very affected by it, and they have very few filters to counter that affectation.
I feel they’re weary of “people”.
Meaning, they were weary of participating in a planetary cycle with many others. Perhaps because that such cycles would sometimes result in catastrophe. Perhaps because the self sometimes doesn’t “play well” with others either way. Perhaps because others tend to not mind them or see them as relevant, in the self’s experience and perspective. And so they’re strongly affected by the remembrance of this as the planet becomes more inhabited. They’re somewhat aware of it, yet can’t avoid it. The increasingly numerous “others” i.e. of the incarnating collective changed the vibe of the setting, and this greatly affected the self going forward.
Why were they so connected and even permeable to this, to the energy of the external? Undoubtedly due to past-experiences of negative feedback while involved with other tests, such as the one showcased in the previous reading. Karma and trauma can act like a glue of sorts in this regard. Or maybe due to the self, at the same time, still having the intention of participating, with a desire to help: help the test succeed, help it go better, help others be better. You know, it is possible to be both hurt by past people and experiences, yet also deeply want to contribute, help, and heal. Heal others in general, and make the world (or a world) a better place, or the best place it can be. Perhaps they were so involved and affected, due to a combination of all of the above.
The reading notes, in a abbreviated manner (not a point of relevance for this particular reading) that over time as Atlantis and Earth dropped in consciousness, so did the one who today is known as Millie did. Again it does not specify; it simply states it happened, as they “went along” with what happened around them.
Throughout the experience in Atlantis, the self wasn’t particularly willing to dive “in the thick of it”; meaning, they didn’t have a strong desire to go live where everyone else was, with the crowds so to speak. They were still weary of, and generally unwilling to, become involved in the human/physical experience of the time, perhaps to some extent unconsciously.
I’m shown that – and again I’m unsure if it applies to a single lifetime or to the spiritual self’s stay on Earth as a whole – during Atlantis there was a train of experience where the self specialized in being a technician; in particular one of aircraft and flying vehicles, which they flew and lived in every time it was possible to choose so.
In doing so, they followed a very “technical” i.e. non-personal area of expertise during this time. In other words, they weren’t particularly versed in engaging with others directly, in an interpersonal capacity, other perhaps than for the purposes of the work involving operating said vehicles. It should be noted that with this they found ways, for their individual experience, to stay high above where most of the people and crowds – perhaps, unconsciously, an attempt to stay high and free in consciousness – while staying close to the open and moving air.
I’m struggling with finding any point throughout the human experience on Earth (reincarnation) where Millie has been an energy/spiritual healer, shaman, etc. This is not to say that there wouldn’t have been a brushing with the experience/reality in one way or another at some points; but there seems to be a scarcity of memories where this was pursued to a meaningful capacity. At least that the reading presents.
One of the reasons for it to be so, is that in order for these intentions to be contemplated for an incarnation or set of incarnations, and for the experience to meet some degree of success, (ideally) there would need to be a) a baseline of openness and desire to work with and for individuals, together with b) some resistance to invalidation and shunning from them – which spiritual healers/workers would often face from others and society at large. In Millie’s case, karmically both of these points were somewhat lacking. Thus the circumstances were never ideal to pursue such experience in a consistent manner.
Were those experiences to be attempted, due to the karmic sensitivities of the self there would be the risk of the self succumbing to the experiences of invalidation from others during their lifetime. Technically this sort of risk is always present for any human being attempting to do so; but in this case the probability of said risk would threaten to derail and frustrate any attempts by a large margin, resulting in an experience that would more likely than not just of frustration. So because the circumstances weren’t met for such paths to take pursued, they were never attempted – despite the spiritual self’s ever-present desire to help and work with the collective beneficially. Such circumstances verified at least for most of the path of the self on Earth.
What does come up, is a string of consecutive past-lives, around 5-6, where the self became a physician i.e. in today’s terms a medical doctor. This was attempted with male lifetimes for the most part (more difficult to try it being a female), and its peak in terms of experience occurred from the early 1700s until at least the second half of the 1800s (unsure if it continued into the 1900s, I don’t think it did).
We say peak because this experience was next to fully successful for the self – in fact, among the experiences that were most fulfilling and “success”-like of the whole Earth experience overall.
The practice/training and build-up of experience as a medical doctor over these lifetimes occurred alongside, in parallel, with the evolution of medicine, where it gradually consolidated its set of practices and knowledge as well as public trust, eventually becoming the field of modern medicine we know today. Because of this, the spiritual self strongly feels they contributed to growing and building up the modern medical field – which, for any of its flaws, imperfections, and possibilities of improvement, is a firmly established, scientifically grounded set of knowledge and practices largely devoid of systemic quackery, charlatanism, negligence, etc.
As such, the participation and contribution in past-lives in this field is a point of pride and accomplishment for the self: they feel they worked on and helped establish the bases and foundations for modern scientific medicine, if you will.
The reading further points out this particular stretch was a point of spiritual progress of the self, tracing back to the original spiritual state which they’d brought to Earth.
The doctor (again abstracting a series of multiple incarnations) wasn’t a particularly giving or “warm” person i.e. they were still somewhat distant, not particularly eager to engage others on personal terms. They were somewhat cold and impersonal, if you will. But they were dedicated and passionate. The medical knowledge itself was taken as a somewhat “technical” expertise to train, practice, and apply – to “fix” the machine of the human body. A sort of mechanical, “input-A-leads-to-output B” mindset that could be trained and mastered, and which was perhaps at the basis of the scientific approach to modern-day medicine.
Further, the growth of the accreditation of the field that was accrued over time by the efforts of all those involved in it, ended up surrounding the self with a cushion of institutionalized validation in the eyes of others. So as the self performed their service, this baseline accreditation of the field they worked on worked to counteract, and ameliorate, the effect/sensitivity of the self towards the lack of validation or relevancy given by others. This is one major aspect in having felt success with this string of experience.
In certain regards, and particularly towards the elements addressed in this reading, this point of success is layered: it was as practical success as well as spiritual progress. While it hadn’t been entirely intentional in this regard when they pursued that type of experience – that the reading presents, they mainly wished to find ways of helping, serving, improving the collective, etc – in doing so the spiritual self inadvertently found a ramp out of the difficulty it had historically experienced engaging with other selves.
Building up experience in practicing medical service, with which they were accredited and validated, allowed the self to open up somewhat, and come closer to serving others, while being validated by them. Consequently, to an extent this somewhat soothed the karmic difficulty they would historically tend to experience whenever engaging others and the collective to serve.
What I would surmise from this reading’s information, was that although the reading doesn’t point to any past experiences in being a spiritual/energy healer, it does relay that the spiritual circumstances that had made that experience less than viable before, relatively found recently healing, as if a “ramp” out of memories of past suffering.

Feedback: after receiving the reading, Millie shared they personally had the feeling they had never practiced healing methods before. And they put forth this theme because they had been guided to engage with such things — they were said to have good hands and healer energy — and so they had tried some methods and worked with people. Yet, that kind of activity somewhat felt a bit strange to me. This perception would possibly be in part due to the lack of past-life experiences in engaging with the activity. Energy healers and spiritual workers, generally speaking, more often than not arrive into this lifetime bringing a level of past experience in performing spiritual/energetic service and adjacent activities.
