Akashic Records Reading [Quick]: Invalidation Recovery
Context: Millie [not the person’s real name] had received a long-form reading some time back (unpublished at this time). For context, that reading had addressed their participation in a previous planetary cycle as a whole.
That cycle ultimately went sideways, with the person at the time being one of the few to recurrently raise the alarm for the downward spiral the rest of the collective were working towards, but being recurrently ignored or dismissed. Thus the trauma of the demise of the cycle became juxtaposed with seeing and reporting the truth but being invalidated in doing so.
For this reading the theme the person asked whether they had past experience as a healer, as well as any information from the time of Atlantis. And the topic discussed above resurfaced. It’s not necessarily the case their participation in that previous cycle was the sole creator of spiritual hurt; but this matter was nevertheless brought up in this reading and is here disclosed for context.
Start of Reading
Right away and without ‘preparation’ I’m taking to the time of Atlantis on Earth.
I’m shown that the self – by all accounts, the spiritual self, in terms of their priorities for incarnations at their upcoming time on Earth – isn’t particularly interested in any one given path, in terms of activities to perform on the planet.
At this time, they are mostly in an observing stance. They’re looking to understand what’s going on, so to speak. They’re new to the reality of the planet, and they’re adjusting.
They’re also looking to see how will the planet’s overall experience unfold. Always weary of how planetary cycles can sometimes fall off the rails and things not going down the best paths – undoubtedly due in part to the experience described in the previous reading – the self is present and accounted for, yet taking something of a step back in terms of commitment. In terms of becoming involved in any one project, task, idea, external or internal, collective or individual.
There’s at this time a “let’s wait and see” approach to being on Earth. Which, again, I’m understanding as applying both in a broad spiritual sense regarding the planetary cycle as a whole, as well as to this one particular moment.
The moment that is presented by the reading is a memory.
The self seems to be incarnating in a physical body, or at least to be present on the physical plane as a tangible manifestation. This seems to be a recent development: the environment itself, and its general context, as a whole feel recent, new, pristine, or at least to the self’s perception.
Planet Earth in this moment seems to be scarcely populated. And the spiritual entity, fresh from having spiritually arrived on the planet, has just now transitioned from a purely energetic/spiritual state onto a manifest or materialized one. From this state, they can now ascertain the physical plane.
On this physical plane, in this moment, the air is clean and fresh, and the temperature is slightly cold. The moving air is slightly frigid, enough to be felt sharply; it rushes at the self’s face frontally, splitting and continuing to either side in gusts.
The self is standing next to a location that has a wide flat river, with dark, calm waters. They’re slightly elevated and surrounded by wide open air: they’re either on one of the margins of the river looking at the other, or in mid-air (?) with its waters running directly below them. It’s early in the morning, possibly dawn. The sun hasn’t risen yet, although there’s a certain amount of daylight illuminating the sky and environment.
On the far side or margin of the river, the one they’re facing and can see or are looking at, there’s a thin strip of what appears to be yellow sand along the water edge, followed by a mantle of relatively densely packed vegetation or foliage further inland. The vegetation, to my layman’s eyes, registers as a mix of jungle, swamp, and tropical-like. The plants and leaves are mostly dark green (or the darkness could be from the time of day with low light) with some leaves being wide, palm-like perhaps, some close to the ground.
This mantle of vegetation is especially dense right in front of them, where the margin is closest. Then, further inland from where the waters come from, the river seems to be wider, forming a large wide-open area. Across that open, flat area of water there are several spots of land or mud rising above its surface in its midst. Over that wide open area of the river, further inland and farther from the self’s perspective, the vegetation on the shoreline appears to be a bit less dense, with a few bigger clearings.
From this point forward, the reading takes more of a “fast-forward” approach, possibly abbreviating multiple manifestations/incarnations – Atlantis, serving as reference for the timeline associated to this moment, as a whole lasted tens of thousands of years, up until ~12k years ago.
In the particular moment described above, there’s a distinct sense of calmness – in the air, and of the mind. The self is taking in the peace and tranquility they’re getting from the setting, and for a moment they allow themselves to just be that, in an inner state of peace and stillness. “It’s all quiet for now”.
This sense of peace has much to do with the physical plane being sparsely populated, sparsely inhabited, or so that’s how it feels to them, it’s how they see it. Perhaps because the bulk of the cycle hasn’t started yet; or perhaps it’s taking a lull relative to earlier stages of experience of incarnating beings on the planet. So the environment on the physical plane overall feels quiet and peaceful.
That moment didn’t last long. It soon dissipates, as the Earth’s physical environment becomes more populated, with more spiritual selves manifesting on the surface and incarnating in physical bodies. Soon the Earth becomes more busy.
And as soon as this is the case, the self’s psyche and energy were flooded or inundated, if nothing else, by proximity or involvement with said collective and its energy. It would be something similar to stepping from a rural countryside context onto the core of a busy metropolitan area, you can sense a shift in energy irrespective of what you do or who you engage with. Similarly, they could feel the shift in the energy of the planet as the cycle developed, and more came onto the physical plane.
They are very affected by this energy; they have very few filters to counter it. They’re aware of it to an extent, but that’s the case nonetheless.
I feel they’re weary of people. Meaning, they’re hesitant of participating or sharing the space of a planetary cycle with many others. Even tough they’ve spiritually chosen to be here.
This is perhaps because planetary cycles could sometimes result in catastrophe, something they know and had experienced before. Perhaps also because the self sometimes doesn’t “play well” with others, in the sense others tend to not mind them or see them as relevant, or at least that’s their experience.
And so they’re strongly affected by the remembrance of these things, as the planet becomes more inhabited. They’re cognizant of it but can’t quite avoid it. The increasingly numerous others i.e. the collective of incarnating souls changed the vibe of the setting, and this change in vibe greatly affected them.
Why were they so permeable to the energy of the external? Undoubtedly due to experiences of negative feedback in other tests in the past, such as the one showcased by the previous reading. Karma and trauma can act like a glue of sorts, in this regard.
Maybe in part also to the self, at the same time, also having the intention of participating from the desire to help. Help the test succeed; help it go better; help others be better throughout. You know, it is possible to be both hurt by people and past experiences, yet also deeply want to contribute, help, and heal. Heal others and make the world (or a world) a better place, or the best place it can be.
Perhaps they were so involved and affected due to a combination of all of the above.
The reading notes in a abbreviated manner (not a point of relevance for this particular reading) that as Atlantis and Earth dropped in consciousness over time, so did the one who today is known as Millie. It does not specify details by which it happened, it simply states it did.
The self “went along” with what happened around them, in part do their closeness and affectation of the rest of the energy of the collective.
Throughout the experience in Atlantis, the self wasn’t particularly willing to dive “in the thick of it”. In other words, they were a participant but didn’t have a strong desire to go where everyone else was and do what they were doing – to mingle in the crowds, so to speak. Because, again, there was a degree of weariness towards the human/physical experience.
I’m shown (and again I’m unsure if it applies to a single lifetime or to the spiritual self’s stay on Earth as a whole) during Atlantis there was a train of experience where the self specialized in being a technician; in particular one of aircraft and flying vehicles. Which they tended to fly in, and live aboard, at every junction where it was possible to choose so, typically as part of maintenance crew.
In pursuing this route of experience, they followed a rather “technical” i.e. non-personal area of expertise during this time. In the sense that in this capacity they didn’t particularly need to engage with others directly, in an interpersonal capacity, save perhaps than for the purposes of what their work involved. With this they also found ways for their individual experience to stay high in the open space and moving air, as well as high above of the ground levels where most others gathered and lived.
Perhaps, unconsciously, an attempt to place some distance between their and the energy of the collective; and, to remain high and free in consciousness.
In looking for what is placed for the reading as its theme, I’m struggling with finding any point throughout the human experience on Earth where Millie has been an energy/spiritual healer, shaman, etc.
This is not to say that there wouldn’t have been a brushing with the experience/reality in one way or another at some points. But there seems to be a scarcity of memories where this was pursued to a meaningful capacity, at least that the reading presents.
One of the reasons that went into this being so, is that in order for such intentions – being a healer – to be contemplated for an incarnation or set of incarnations, and for that experience to have some chance of meeting success (ideally) there would need to be a) a baseline of openness and desire to work with and for individuals, as well as b) some resistance to invalidation and shunning from them – which spiritual healers/workers would often and typically face from others and society at large.
In Millie’s case, and karmically, both a) and b) were somewhat lacking, thus the circumstances were never ideal to pursue such experience consistently.
If those experiences were to ever be attempted, due to the karmic sensitivities of the self there would be a high risk of the self succumbing to the experiences of invalidation from others during a lifetime where this was attempted. Technically speaking that type of risk is always present for anyone attempting to do so; but in this case the odds of said risk derailing any such attempt were high by a large margin, and would likely result in experiences that would just provide frustration.
So because the circumstances weren’t met for such paths to be pursued, they were never attempted, despite the spiritual self’s ever-present desire to help the collective beneficially. These conditions verified for most of the path of the self on Earth.
What does come up is a string of consecutive past-lives, around 5-6, where the self became a physician i.e. in today’s terms a medical doctor.
This was attempted for the most part with male lifetimes (more difficult to try it being a female), and it reached its peak in terms of experience from the early 1700s until at least the second half of the 1800s. I’m unsure if it continued into the 1900s, but I don’t think it did.
We say peak, because this experience was next to fully successful for the self. It was in fact among the experiences that were most fulfilling and “success”-like out of the whole set of Earth experience overall.
The training and build-up of experience as a medical doctor over these lifetimes occurred alongside, in parallel, with the evolution of the field that would become today’s modern medicine, where its set of scientific grounding, knowledge and practices, as well as public trust, were over time consolidated.
Because of this, the spiritual self strongly feels they contributed to the growing and build up of the modern medical field. Not all on their own of course, but there’s a sense of pride and accomplishment for having been part of that endeavor in a broader sense. For any of its flaws, imperfections, and possibilities of improvement, modern medicine is today a firmly established, scientifically grounded institution while being largely devoid of systemic quackery, charlatanism, negligence, etc.
In short, the participation in past-lives and contribution for this field is a point of pride and accomplishment for the self, as they feel they worked on and helped establish the foundations for modern medicine.
The reading further points out this stretch was a point of spiritual progress of the self, taking into account some of the elements of the original spiritual state they had brought to Earth.
The doctor (again abstracting a series of multiple incarnations) wasn’t a particularly empathetic or “warm” person; they were still somewhat distant, and not particularly eager to engage others on personal terms. But they were passionate, willing to help, and dedicated to the craft by which they chose to do so.
The medical knowledge itself was taken as a somewhat “technical” expertise to learn, practice, and apply. In the sense it involved a sort of mechanical, “input-A-leads-to-output B” mindset, which could be trained and mastered. Almost as learning and developing the knowledge on how to “fix” the machine that was the human body. While not necessarily the full spectrum by which the human being can be understood and addressed, this mindset did help them adjust to the field, as it somewhat adjacent to some portions of their previous background and experience. This mindset could also be seen, perhaps, as being at the basis of the early scientific approach of modern-day medicine.
Further, the growth of accreditation of the field, accrued over time by the efforts of all involved in it, ended up surrounding the self with a cushion of institutionalized validation. So as the self performed their service, this baseline of accreditation in the eyes of others worked to counteract, and ameliorate, the effect/sensitivity of the self towards the lack of validation or relevancy experienced in the past when engaging with others.
This is one major aspect in having felt success with this string of experience.
In certain regards, and particularly pertaining to the elements addressed in this reading, this success is layered: it was as practical success as well as spiritual progress. While it hadn’t been entirely intentional when they pursued that type of experience – that the reading presents, the spiritual self mainly wished to find ways of helping, serving, improving the collective, etc – in doing so inadvertently a ramp was found out of this difficulty they had historically experienced.
Building up experience in medical service, for which they were validated, allowed the self to open up somewhat, and come closer to, serving others. Consequently this somewhat soothed, to an extent, the karmic difficulty they’d historically tend to experience whenever engaging others for that purpose.
What I would surmise from this reading’s information, was that although it doesn’t point to any past experiences in being a spiritual/energy healer, it does relay that the spiritual circumstances that had made such experience less than viable before, recently found healing, as if a “ramp” out of references and memories of past suffering.

Feedback
After receiving the reading, Millie shared they felt they had never practiced healing methods before. And they put this theme forth for this reading, because they had been guided to engage with such things. They were told they had good hands and healer energy, and had tried some methods working with people. Yet, the activity still felt somewhat strange.
The perception of it being strange or unfamiliar would have possibly been in part due to the lack of past-life experiences in engaging with it. Energy healers and spiritual workers, generally speaking, more often than not arrive into this lifetime bringing a level of past experience in performing spiritual/energetic work and adjacent activities. And if they choose to pursue such a path at any point in this life, they’ll often be picking up from their past experiences in doing so.
Lack of experience in an activity doesn’t imply one shouldn’t pursue it. It simply means absence of experience doing so beforehand — in this particular case, as the reading suggests, in energy healing.
