Akashic Records Reading [Quick]: Advice Can Be Harmful Even If Valid

The following is a Quick Reading originally performed for a client. This is a reading of the Akashic Records that takes me a few hours to perform, and is delivered as text by email. All references to the person's identity were replaced with a fictional alias to protect their privacy. No AI was used for performing or writing this reading (image for this publication may have been created with AI or AI aid). For the purposes of this publication, some portions of the original reading may have been rephrased, edited out, but no changes were made to the original meaning. Additional readings are published at the Patreon page. For more information about Akashic Records Readings in general, please see: Akashic Records Readings. For more information about Quick Readings specifically, please see: Reading Types at a Glance.

Context

This reading follows a previous one performed for the same client, the theme of which is brought up and summarized in the first paragraph. That reading isn’t publicly available.

Because it carries on from a previous reading’s themes which were addressed with some complexity, the start of this one might register as somewhat disperse or imprecise (on top of this being in itself related to the thematics) and only perhaps becoming clearer, shaping a broader picture, as the reading goes on.

You might also realize this doesn’t just focus on past-lives but also carries some notes of a more intuitive and guiding nature. Even though I’m accessing the person’s Akashic Records, I’m also following the information the person’s spiritual entourage wants to put forth. So if the reading wants to delve into the energy, analyze inner patterns and dynamics, etc., I won’t stand in its way.

Start of Reading

I’m reminded of the core message of the previous reading, which boils down to a point of spiritual challenge for Mindy [not the person’s real name], as a 5th Density entity, in translating higher level 6th Density information from “above” — inspiration, spiritual insight, creativity, theoretical ideas, the abstract, and so on — into the pragmatic physical reality and its principles “below”, and vice-versa.

This wouldn’t be a type of challenge that the human being would necessarily formulate in such a capacity, such as “I have difficulty translating between abstract and pragmatic“. Nevertheless, it corresponds to a topic that exists on the spiritual level, and that as such would/could influence some of the situations and personal matters for Mindy in her present reality as a human being. The reading wishes not to go back to previous materials, only to bring up and keep in mind what was previously said.

Further, while the core spiritual challenge as previously addressed might continue to exist to some capacity, I do observe what seems to be like a level of evolution in this regard, likely worked on through life experience.

As I proceed with the reading seeking to discern the information to put forth next, I find it difficult to do so. The information doesn’t seem to flow. And that on its own becomes the first point to address.

My impression from this, is that the Mindy’s psyche or spiritual connection might be somewhat bound to things of a pragmatic, real nature i.e. what’s of the “real world”. In other words, perhaps a prevalence of focus towards ideas and actions might have led to some success on the material plane, and that thus became references of what works. But then those same ideas, formulations, methods, etc. might have become adopted to such an extent so as to not leave enough space for new, abstract, “free” information; the sort of insight that might arrive in a spontaneous, inspired, unexpected, and/or otherwise free manner, from the upper layers of the spiritual self. This would be the overall impression I get from this blockage, or lack of flow, I’m being presented with, right at the start of the reading. This is not so much it’s going to be impossible to continue performing the reading; rather, it’s more that this is likely part of the reading’s material. And as such I’m stating so as it might be relevant for Mindy.

It would be possible that in the current moment she’d be struggling to experience new things, start new projects, escape routines, or otherwise receive new information – in the shape of guidance, new ideas, inspiration, a clear notion of next steps to take, solutions for present issues, handling stagnant/stalling situations, and so on. And if so, she’d be wondering why it is so: what’s going on, and what she can or has to do to fix it. Perhaps this could have even be part of the motivation for having asked this reading: to receive new insights, getting “news” from the upper echelons of the self, or, at least, experiencing novelty in some way, shape, or form. In any case, and in short, there seems to be a level of stagnant energy/awareness surrounding Mindy, translating perhaps as a sense of absence of new things coming her way, and/or a large amount of circumstances, events, choices, habits, etc. that while functional and good in theory, would in practice be devoid of meaning, or at least novelty/enthusiasm.

The first point in this regard arrives in the form of short-form suggestions or indications. They won’t be a recipe to follow for ready-made solutions, but rather pointers in a certain direction. Having said so, please feel free to interpret and do with them as you’d like.

Avoid noise. Well-meaning suggestions from others around you, even by those who care about you, even by those trying to help, offer their solutions, lend a hand, etc. might detract from what’s in your own best interest. This is not to mention any potential input that’s not well-meaning, involving things such as criticism, jealousy, competition, resentment, putting you down, etc. If you have a plan, a goal, your way of doing things; if you’ve found a path close to your inner sense of meaning or at least your agency – stick to that. And limit the access of others to your energy, insofar as the above could be influenced or affected. Let’s say you have an idea “in the back burner” you long doing, and that doesn’t seem to fade away: give it your thought and consideration. Let’s say you have an idea, or method for doing things, that works for you or that you want to do: stick to it.

This suggestion might sound contrary to preceding observations, in that sticking too much to what is of practical success could block new things from coming through. But if things are sprouting from within and are close to your essence and inner tune; if they’re close to your familiar and conscious choice; or they feel different, refreshing, energizing, exciting: then you might do best in putting thought behind them – and prevent external input from detracting from it. These are likely to be emergent ideas sprouting from within that might not be pre-formatted according to existing pragmatic methods, and such that need to be shielded, and nurtured.

Restrict the energy you have available for receiving suggestions, ideas, or hypotheses that either don’t offer a clear answer to an issue, or will warrant further examination from your part. This will occupy your energy. Limit your availability for things that will “stay up in the air”, that might require further assessment, and/or that might instill self-doubt. Energy occupies space; so does any abstract information such as ideas, thoughts, possibilities, suggestions, and so on. Ideas may be abstract things, but that can be misleading. Any formulation of new possibilities, suggestions from others, self-doubts, lack of clarity, advice, and so on, may clutter your energy if they accumulate to a sufficient extent, especially if they don’t actually meet your exact needs. So limit the space you grant these.

Try not to get sidetracked by what others say, suggest, or do themselves. Try to reserve ample time and opportunity for the things you feel you have to do, and devote most of your time for doing them. Have the large barn door for what is yours, and only a couple of small windows for other things. Seek to lock on to your sense of “Me” and stay there as much as you can. The energy and input of others can over time pile up forming a “wall” of energy around you. That wall not only won’t be conducive of meaning, but may further block said new meaning from “entering” i.e. having ideas of your own. It can keep you from having clarity, which you need to shape and adjust existing ideas into pragmatic and functional steps. Something you might be susceptible given how that there’s in the spiritual background a degree of stigma for not being able to access clarity (6D) easily.

Further, not knowing, not having a clear way, the feeling of not having a specific answer, in itself is a perception that burdens you. It creates distress, and then have you “signal” that distress to those around you, who might then be compelled to respond and try to help if they care about you. But the energies you’ll receive as a response — be it from those who are supportive trying to help, or from those who are hostile and try to attack — can accumulate and solidify, making you forget yourself and your own way, and thus creating even more distress. So ironically this may fuel further accumulation of that wall of energy, that in turn might produce more blockage of clarity, and feeling of distress.

This is the cycle that is at stake in this assessment: the inner distress reflected as an external response from others, that then generates more of and propagates that same distress, sequestering you from yourself.

By and large you already have all you need, both in terms of what you already know, and also in being able to understand and get responses over time regarding what you might not know in the moment.

You are a 5th Density entity and Starseed. It’s part of your spiritual nature to experience either a) already knowing that which you need to know, or b) being able to perceive and understand that which needs to be understood. These insights are essentially a reminder, under the bracket of “energy management”, that you ought to reserve time and space for yourself, so that you can properly make use of these spiritual tools and methods that are inexorably yours. Conversely, without said time and space, you are (more) deprived of them, which is where then the sense of lack of clarity, and related distress, grows.

Additional input to complement the overall indications above.

  • Seeking items that create inspiration, and pairing them with tasks and activities of a menial nature and/or that feel devoid of meaning/excitement;
  • Regularly spending alone time, to allow the energy of others to clear and give way to yours;
  • Clearing uninspiring tasks first before devoting mostly to those that are inspiring and transmit excitement;
  • Consciously seeking, as much as possible, to live in your joie de vivre.

There’s one thing Mindy’s spiritual self wants above anything else: bringing the full, authentic self down onto the physical plane, and living it fully. This is a desire held ardently. To take the genuine essence of the self, bring it “down” to Earth, and make it work, which is to say, finding formulas by which there can be success in living real life as a human being, while having the true authentic self on the physical plane.

This could manifest or “translate” to how Mindy feels and wants things in her life in several different ways. It would be possible for her to want to have her own business and have it thrive. It could be she wants to build the overall life she actually wants to live. It could be she doesn’t want around her anyone who doesn’t give her the space to be herself. Or she could formulate this desire in a more literal way: “I want to bring my true self to this Earth and make it work”. Any one of the above could match and correspond to this desire that is held spiritually.

This desire can be said to represent a way to heal and bring to fruition what had been the historical challenges of the self, pertaining to the 5D entity inhabiting the physical and being able to, freely and correctly, receiving energy and input from the abstract 6D. The self ardently holds this desire as if nothing else matters, or close to it.

But in holding this desire, a curious thing happens. With this being so ardently held, the self becomes hard-set in making it happen; and in doing so, it can veer very quickly into a very pragmatic, very obstinate energy. In the process the energy becomes rigid, as if “without time for playing around”: the self now doesn’t have time for whimsy, for “fluffy”, for nonsense, for fantasy; for what’s vague, abstract, theoretical; for what’s up in the air and in the clouds. Because with this focus, all the self now cares is the practical, the tangible; being in the real world.

The self becomes very ardently focused on the real — the things of the physical plane — and in doing so it will naturally start dismissing everything that’s not it. That might not work. That might not function. That might not be adjusted. That might not bring success. That might not play well with the rest of the reality. The problem? The self now begins dismissing their own essence — because that essence is abstract, is not from this world. Is not “real” — or rather it is, but it starts by being only imagined, and is only made manifest by choice. The essence is made of imagination, fantasy, inspiration, creativity, and freedom. So with the self becoming rigidly focused on what’s real and “making things work”, in that very process it might start negating anything and everything that might not be of that nature, including their own spiritual essence.

This is part of the mechanisms by which the self’s spiritual essence is, ironically/paradoxically, blocked: in trying to make their true spiritual nature real in the physical, they start blocking said true spiritual nature. Because that nature is intrinsically abstract. Additionally, along with their spiritual nature, they may also block all other things which are also abstract: inspiration; creativity; clarity (knowing the nature of situations and/or what to do next); the ability to be moved by feeling and emotion; the ability to be touched by a magical moment. In simple terms: the magic of life. And as a result, this is when they start lead themselves to becoming devoid of inspiration, clarity, and connection.

The movement to achieve the bringing the true self to the practical, is or can be quite counter-intuitive. To bring the abstract self to the real/physical, you need to remind yourself of who you are spiritually. You need to reconnect, become re-acquainted, and stay connected, with your inner truth. This is simple, as opposed to complicated; and it is close/familiar, as opposed to unknown/inscrutable. It isn’t about magic. It’s simply about reminding yourself of your higher feelings. Of what it feels like to come close to your truth. To what you feel when you do things your way. What you feel when you’re in touch with your inner world, and what comes out of it.

You need to allow that remembrance. You need to allow yourself to remember who you are, how you are, what you are, the ways you are, that you are, and what that feels like. Without it, you end up surrounded with this gray, dull energy accumulated from others, without meaning i.e. without the shine of your essence. The reading now brings forth an experience that took place on another planet, a long time ago. This is by no means presented as the only experience you ever had in the Cosmos, related to this or otherwise. But it’s one the reading chooses to bring forth and cover briefly, in the context of these matters.

There was an experience of incarnation taking place on a planet of the Fifth Density. It looks like a moon-sized planet, so it could possibly be a smaller planet orbiting a larger one, therefore a moon.

On this planet, you generally did not incarnate, instead, you worked as an spiritual entity purely in a subtle state. From that state you helped with overseeing the experience, as well as providing guidance and direction to those incarnating. It happened that because you didn’t incarnate yourself, there was always a degree of disconnect and, or perhaps “unreliability”, between the guidance you could give and the practical experience of those incarnating. The guidance offered was spiritually informed and valid, but there’s always a gap between the spiritual world and the material one, and this can sometimes lead to a certain distance between what is ethereal or ideal, and what is applicable on the real world. In this case that distance was reasonable.

When receiving spiritual guidance from the overseeing entity, those having an incarnated experience would often feel that the guidance received intuitively could be hit-and-miss in terms of effectiveness, or how it connected with their personal experiences and challenges. Sometimes that guidance was accurate and could help greatly, while in others it sounded good in theory but did not relate, or did not offer a viable answer to, the person’s particular challenge. Most times it would fall somewhere in-between.

Note this didn’t mean incarnating individuals knew by whom they were being guided or its nature; any stance by them towards this matter would fall under the umbrella of how they happened to perceive the existence of and related to “God” or the spiritual realms. Even so, incarnating individuals always find a way to personally relate to these matters: in prayer, in silence, in asking for certain outcomes, in reaching out to those who passed, and so on. When we refer to their relationship to the guidance they received, this must be considered within the scope of how individuals in the physical personally relate to the beyond.

As the experience progressed, this created some distance between those in the physical and the spiritual entity who oversaw and served them. The former acquired the habit of having to do some work by their own hands despite what they received intuitively. In turn, the latter in turn also gradually “pulled back” and placed more distance, to avoid giving away any they didn’t completely understand what was missing from their guidance, as it was nevertheless always given under the light of Creation.

Both sides could find themselves resenting this distance that developed — especially the entity (today Mindy). From her perspective in particular, she felt she wasn’t being fully successful in properly fulfilling her role. These memories belong to a collection of them that resulted in and contribute to the current strong desire to establish an “actual” translation between the etheric/subtle/abstract and the practical/tangible/”real” of the physical [prior reading].

What wasn’t as clear back then, and is somewhat clearer now — spiritually speaking — is that the physical plane always incurs in an inevitable process of “translation” whenever there’s communication with the non-physical layers. This translation represents the difference in nature and metaphysical veil that exist in-between the two sides, which create a level of entropy between them. This entropy has some effects and consequences. Among others, one such consequence is that not all ideas/energies/insights coming from Light/Source will immediately be valid and/or applicable in the physical plane, in the real world — even if representing valid and legitimate spiritual truth.

Some such ideas will have an almost direct expression; but many others represent abstract potential, or perhaps we could say, unrealized spiritual theory. And the latter will need to be picked up, worked out, tested, and adjusted, by those in the physical, using their creativity, intuition, and drive, before the validity of those initial abstract concepts in the real world will become verified and made to function. This also means other ideas still, might be a little bit too distant from the immediate physical context and for that reason be impossible to translatable, or at least right away, in the circumstances of the present moment. This would generally be valid not just for guidance obtained from access to Source, but also whenever incarnating selves work with forms of inspiration and creativity — art, music, fashion, writing, and so on — as well as any other ways by which souls and souled beings create and manifest.

In simple terms: not all ideas are valid — even if in theory, on paper, they might sound brilliantly, and were born out of inspiration. Some ideas are legitimately valid in spiritual essence, but upon closer analysis may be deemed maladjusted or even non-functional by the circumstances surrounding the person. It is up to the Soul bearer to go and check every new idea they receive, through their inner inspiration or otherwise, to confer if it is or isn’t feasible.

This is a responsibility that is un-shareable and solely on the shoulders of the incarnating self to bear, pertaining to the life they are personally living.

It just so happens that for everyone else surrounding the self – namely the friends, family, acquaintances, etc — it will always be far easier to put forth any ideas they come up with, for the self to analyses. And these will likely be based on what worked for them and/or what’s on their mind at the time. Thus producing suggestions, advice, solutions, and so on.

While some individuals will be more grounded and responsible in helping others in this manner, in a general sense putting ideas and suggestions forth will always be easier for others rather than for the self. This is natural and of no-one’s fault: it’s simply because others don’t have to make that analysis. They can just “receive and send”, without the additional effort of putting these through the filter that’s necessary to understand whether things apply in practice to the self’s present moment.

This is why ideas, even if informed and valid, can sometimes be helpful, but in other occasions be non-viable and susceptible to be vetoed upon closer inspection. The stakes are generally always lower for others, as it’s not their responsibility to keep track of all conditions and the vetoing process for the Soul Bearer. The Soul Bearer themselves are.

This is the reason why it is necessary to uphold a healthy level of restriction to the access of others to one’s energy. Even and especially from friends and family, even sometimes from those trying to help.
